TERMS OF SERVICES

1. Services

We offer photography and videography services for weddings and related events. All bookings are subject to availability and require a signed contract and deposit to secure the date. Specific services and deliverables will be outlined in your individual agreement.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your date.

  • Final payment is due 14 days before the event unless otherwise stated in the contract.

  • Payment can be made via [list accepted payment methods].

  • Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of services.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you cancel your event, the deposit is non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made within [X] days of the event may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your signed agreement.

  • If we must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to find a replacement or issue a full refund.

4. Delivery of Work

  • Photos and/or videos will be delivered digitally within 30, unless otherwise stated, after your event.

  • Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

  • We retain the right to select which images are delivered, and to edit them in accordance with our artistic style.

5. Usage Rights

  • We retain copyright ownership of all work created.

  • You receive a personal-use license unless otherwise stated.

  • You may not resell, alter, or use the images commercially without written permission.

  • We reserve the right to use images and videos for our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information when booking.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring all necessary permissions are secured for photography/videography at venues.

  • You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or exploit the work beyond the scope of the usage rights provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, technical failure, or third-party interference). Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

8. Website Usage

  • All content on our website is owned by Grayson King Photography and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.

  • You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform illegal acts.

9. Changes to These Terms
